Each engagement is customized–as each individual/company need is unique. The components of all engagements include but are not limited to:

  • Identification of coaching goals and desired outcomes from coaching that identifies both professional development needs and career objectives
  • Agreed to metrics of progress, success, value to individual, value to organization
  • Individual and/or 360 assessments.
  • Identification of strengths, barriers and limiting elements, challenges, opportunities, alternate and additional perspectives
  • One on One coaching focused on action, real time applications, results, feedback
  • Coaching also consists of actions between coaching sessions including: on the job application of knowledge, skills, tools, interviewing constituency/stakeholders, reading, observations and documentation and other professional development action as identified
  • Engagement end assessment
  • Frequency of coaching sessions is generally 2 x per month for 45 minutes to an hour with access to the coach as required, electronically or via phone in between coaching sessions. Most clients find the ‘between session’ interactions to meet their needs with a brief email or 5-10 phone call to clarify, validate etc.
