Cathy Groos, owner of CPG Leadership Solutions—Executive Coaching and Professional Development, is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach with over 25+ years business and people development experience.

Cathy’s experience ranges from Leadership roles in the IBM corporation, Executive role at Pritchett and Associates, to her establishing 14 years ago, CPG Leadership Solutions.

In addition,Cathy is going on her 14th year an adjunct lecturer and Executive Coach at Southern Methodist University (SMU) in the MBA School’s Business Leadership Center and Executive MBA program.
